Parts up to 24 tons
With large parts the hard part is not machining but logistics: every change of workshop means cranes, transport and re-clamping. Here roughing, deep hole drilling, angled faces and finishing are completed in one facility. The part arrives once and leaves finished.
Which parts?
Large mould blocks and bases, machine housings and tables, press and injection-machine components, structural plates, parts for energy and heavy-industry equipment. We work with steel, cast iron and tool steels.
Loading and shipping
We support loading and shipping planning for heavy parts. Our facility in Akçaburgaz, Esenyurt is close to the industrial zones on Istanbul's European side and to the TEM motorway.

What is the maximum workpiece weight?
24 tons. Send the drawing for dimensions and we confirm machine suitability the same day.
Do you collect the part?
Transport is organised by the customer; we help with loading and shipping planning.
Can you also deep-drill large parts?
Yes, our 7-axis deep hole drilling machine is in the same facility; the part never changes workshop.
