Precision Mould Machining
Haser Metal has machined moulds for the automotive and home-appliance industries since 1990. We machine mould bases, plates, blocks and cores for plastic injection and metal moulds to tight tolerances and deliver them with dimensional inspection.

We machine to your drawing or 3D model as a contract service: milling, boring, drilling and finishing. One-off, prototype or batch; from machine components to mould plates, delivered with dimensional inspection.

We machine complex geometries in a single setup on our 5-axis machining centre. For large steel blocks that do not fit standard 5-axis machines we use external spindles (angle heads), which makes 5-axis work significantly cheaper.

Heavy and large parts beyond the capacity of standard workshops are our everyday work. We machine mould blocks, machine housings, plates and frame parts up to 24 tons on our CNC machines and complete deep hole drilling and 5-axis work under the same roof.

For mould cooling channels, oil channels and long precise bores we operate a 7-axis deep hole drilling machine. Multi-directional positioning lets us drill angled and intersecting channels in large mould blocks in a single setup.
